Introduction:

Michigan Technology University, also referred to as MTU more frequently is a public research University in the state of  Michigan in the northern part of US. One of the technically advanced universities in the Midwest region, MTU is a university preferred not only for CS and EE but also for Mechanical students. It is generally a moderate to safe bet for many of the aspirants. MTU is not that easy to get and many students pursue their MS elsewhere considering the cold climate, however, this has not stopped the University from ranking good in the recent past for the Midwest region.

Introduction:

Syracuse University (also known as ‘Cuse) is a  private research institution located in Syracuse, New York. It was established on March 24, 1870. Many of the students apply to Syracuse University as a safe bet but SU cannot be considered safe nowadays given the Fall 2014 and Fall 2015 results. It has been competitive as most of the students have Syracuse University in their list be it for CS/CE/IM/EE.

Location:

University Review and CS First hand Experience – Courses at NYU Poly

The Polytechnic campus of NYU has been doing greatly and with its recent merger with the Main NYU, things are only looking better ahead for this upcoming campus on the east coast.

NYU poly has always been looking to train professionals for tomorrow and recently it has taken many steps to ensure that it meets the reputation of its name the legacy of the great NYU. Sometimes, we have also heard that the CS classes at the poly campus are tougher than their Courant counterparts. Nevertheless, both schools have been doing great and the east coast is soon catching up with the likes of Silicon Valley, Austin-Dallas region and the North Carolina Triangular region.
